Coaching is a collaborative partnership where trust is established. It is a relationship of respect between the health coach and client.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, I have decades of education and experience in lifestyle health and well-being.
My approach appreciates you as a whole person from various perspectives.
Together, we will identify the topics and areas of concern that you want to work on. We will invite changes that inspire hope, resilience, and vitality. We will focus on your strengths and values to move you toward healthier and fulfilling lifestyle behaviors. We will create goals and sustainable action plans for you to integrate into your life.
Private coaching sessions are available in person or via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime.
Clients can expect a 48-hour turnaround for email support.
